Chocolate Raspberry Cake

Now I use to work at a bakery and was required to make this. The exact instruction given to me by my boss was, "make it chocolate and raspberry, I don't care what it looks like." Cause that made it easier. So, it's a simple raspberry chocolate cake. With Chocolate sponge, chocolate butter cream filling and raspberry jam. I created the design myself and had a ton of fun and fails experimenting with chocolate on this one. Clearly, eventually I got it.
